Apple Rhubarb Crisp

Apple Rhubarb Crisp

I have a large Rhubarb plant that grows beautiful rhubarb every year.  This was the first plant I planted in my yard when my landscaping was done over 10 years ago.  So every year around this time I try to make something out of it.  This year it will be a Apple Rhubarb Crisp.

What you need:
- 4 cups of Rhubarb
- 2 medium sized Apples
- 1/8 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup White sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 flour
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 1/2 Oats

1. Cut Rhubarb and apples into 3/4 inch pieces and place in a glass pie dish

2. Add to apple and rhubarb,  1/8 cup flour, white sugar and cinnamon and mix well

3.  now in another bowl mix together melted butter, flour, brown sugar, and oats

4. Now sprinkle on top of rhubarb and apple mixture

5. BAke in over at 375C for 30 mins

6. Let cool, and serve with Vanilla ice cream
